Processing Times

Pamela Gordimer Art takes great care in preparing artwork and other purchases for shipment. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 5-7 business days after purchase. Original artwork and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. If an order takes longer, I will contact you at the email provided with your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery times may vary by destination and shipping carrier. Original artwork and prints are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Additional charges may apply for large pieces of art due to special shipping requirements. If so, I will contact you before shipment.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Generally, if your order arrives damaged, please contact Pamela Gordimer Art promptly and include photographs of the packaging and the damaged item so I can help resolve the issue. If you believe the art has been lost in transit, please contact me so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
